1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Returns must be initiated within 07 days from the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at watches@geshock.in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The original item must be returned in accordance with our return policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at watches@geshock.in. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defect or damage. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
